Return & Refund Policy – Milletty (Ananda Healthy Foods)

At Milletty (Ananda Healthy Foods), Hyderabad, Telangana, India, we take great care in ensuring that all our millet-based food products are fresh, safe, and of the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we follow a no return and no refund policy under normal circumstances.

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • All products sold on Milletty are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • There is no return Policy and all the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days
  • This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards for consumable food items.

2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

While we generally do not accept returns or refunds, we will review concerns in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or leaked
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Package is tampered at the time of delivery

In such cases, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Store credit (if replacement is not possible)

3. Reporting an Issue

To help us resolve your concern quickly:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Provide your order details

Requests made after this time window may not be eligible for review.

4. Quality Assurance

  • All our products, including millet foods and cold-pressed oils, are prepared and packed with strict quality checks.
  • We ensure proper packaging with food grade pouches to maintain freshness during transit.
